Account Register / Setup by Email
  • We will setup or activate your waf online account only after confimation of payment by us or our payment partner(s) and also have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with ensure an email address . If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you. the email address on file will be used for this purpose.
  • If you have a account registered with wallandfloor.in (WAF), it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account. WAF is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with us. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our sales team via email provided in website wallandfloor.in. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.
  • If you fail to meet these requirements, the order may be considered fraudulent in nature and be denied.
Ownership
  • The email address and contact phone number which is utilized for signup on the account is designated as the authorized owner of the account.
Transfers
  • Transfer or share of your WAF visualizer account or related product account is strictly not accepted
  • Your WAF account should not used at multiple stores.
  • User can use this service at mentioned address location , any misuse of this service like using at multiple business location leads to temporary suspend or user de-activation .
  • Any account found connecting to a third party network or system without authorization is subject to suspension. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service in any manner may be removed from our servers (or otherwise disabled), with or without notice. Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All abuse issues must be dealt with via troubleticket/email and will have a response within 48 hours.
Backups and Data Loss
  • Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service runs basing on the data load on server / on server maintenance , overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one of backups are kept. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. WAF is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account.
Cancellations and Refunds
  • WAF reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.
  • Before purchase , You are free to use our one day demo login on request through mail or a phone call to displayed phone number and mail id. You can resubmit your demo request to experiance our product.
  • Demo login details will be sent to your email account.
  • There are no refunds on any plan.
Payment Information
  • You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from WAF (wall and floor), in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. Subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, all payments will apply to the oldest invoice(s) in your billing account. You agree that until and unless you notify WAF of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis.
Price Change
  • The amount you pay for WAF plan package will never increase from the date of purchase to existing service. We reserve the right to change prices listed on wallandfloor.in, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

  • WAF shall not be responsible for any damages or loss that your business may suffer. WAF makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. WAF disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by WAF and its employees.
